| 12. Description.
Vizada, Inc. requests Special Temporary Authority to operate Thrane & Thrane Model TT-7090A Sailor 900 1.0 meter Ku-band remote antennas to provide ESV service pursuant to its KA313 ESV Authorization. The showing of Compliance that the antenna fully meets all Commission Regulations for ESVs is set forth in Exhibit 1 of the pending application which is hereby incorporated by reference.
