Subject: NewCom STA Request -- Joplin, MO Paul/Frank, We have examined the statement you pointed out in Attachment A, paragraph 4, of NewCom's Joplin, MO STA that currently states: "Maximum RF power transmitted from the 1.2m Patriot stations will not exceed 6 dBW/MHz and maximum EIRP will not exceed 49.2 dBW/MHz or 25.22 dBW/4KHz." We agree that the Attachment A mistakenly excluded "density" following "EIRP." Accordingly, we seek to correct that attachment so that it reads as follows: "Maximum RF power transmitted from the 1.2m Patriot stations will not exceed 6 dBW/MHz and maximum EIRP density will not exceed 49.2 dBW/MHz or 25.22 dBW/4KHz."
