Attachment Grant Conditions for SES—STA—20110328—00370, Call Sign E980127 and SES—STA—20110328—00371, Call Sign E070015 EchoStar is authorized to transmit command instruction to the EchoStar 8 satellite at orbital location 77.05 W.L. using the 14003 MHz frequency for sixty days within the operating parameters currently authorized for E980127 and EO70015. EchoStar Corporation will coordinate its IT&C operations with all potentially affected operating satellite networks. No harmful interference will be caused to any lawfully operating satellite network or radiocommunication system and EchoStar Corporation will cease immediately upon notification of harmful interference. Further, EchoStar Corporation shall notify the Commission within three days in writing of such an event. EchoStar Corporation will accept interference from any lawfully operating satellite network or radiocommunication system.
