SES-STA-20091230-01636 SES-STA-20100301-00282 SES-STA-20100429-00501 Dear Ms. Dortch: Vizada, Inc (Vizada) hereby withdraws its requests for Special Temporary Authority (STA) pending under the above referenced file numbers. These requests were for renewals of a STA which was originally granted in January 2009 to allow VIZADA Southbury, Connecticut earth stations with call sign WB36 to communicate with the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite when Inmarsat moved it to 54° W.L. from an orbital position at 142° W.L. Vizada noted in the application for the original STA that the WB36 antennas had been previously authorized to communicate with the 3F4 satellite when it was in the orbital position 54° W.L., before it was moved to 142° W.L. However, out of a preponderance of caution Vizada requested the STA while the International Bureau Staff gave further consideration to whether or not any additional action was required. On May 13, 2010 the International Bureau Staff advised that the only further action needed is to request a technical correction of the WB36 license to more specifically describe the Inmarsat 3 satellite at 54° W.L by its official name and requested that the pending STA applications be withdrawn. Vizada has submitted the request for a technical correction of the license by separate letter and hereby withdraws its pending STA requests.
