ATTACHMENT DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC‘s request for Special Temporary Authority is GRANTED with conditions. 1. User provide a 24/7 POC Boeing Flight Director at (310) 744—9076 be available during the IOT. 2. User will notify AFFMA (robert.lando@pentagon.af.mil, 703—428—1513) 24 hours prior to the beginning of operations and after operations have been completed. 3. Licensee shall not cause harmful interference to any other lawfully operating satellite or radio facility and shall cease operations upon notification of such interference. Licensee must notify all other operators in these frequency bands that it will be operating on a non—interference basis. 4. The 17.8 — 20.2 GHz band is shared with U.S. Government space stations and associated earth stations in the fixed—Satellite Services. Services within the United States over the satellite network of which this is a cooperating earth station are subject to coordination under US334 and operation of the earth station(s) authorized herein will be subject to any technical constraints resulting from this coordination.
