Telesat Network Services Inc. Conditions to Grant IBFS File No. SES—STA—20090213—00182 Telesat Network Services Inc. is granted Special Temporary Authority (STA) for a period of 60 days, from April 1, 2009, to May 30, 2009, to operate its Ku—Band ESV network (See IBFS File No. SES—MOD—20090206—00154) communicating with the Telstar 1 1N satellite (37.55° W.L.) in accordance with its STA request, the Commission‘s rules, and the conditions set forth below. 1. Telesat Network Services Inc. ESV network shall operate in compliance with any pertinent limits established by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) to protect other services allocated internationally. 2. Telesat Network Services Inc. ESV remotes are limited to the 10.95—11.2, 1 1.45—11.7, 11.7— 12.2, and 14.0—14.5 GHz frequencybands. The 9.0 meter hub antenna in Mount Jackson, VA is limited to the 10.95—11.2, 11.45—1 1.7, 11.7—12.2, 13.81—14.0, and 14.0—14.5 GHz frequency bands. 3. Authority granted in this STA is without prejudice to the disposition of the underlying application in SES—MOD—20090206—001 54.
