Dear Mr. Kotler:

On January 26, 2009, New ICO Satellite Services, G.P. filed a request for special
temporary authority (“STA”) to use its North Las Vegas, Nevada S-band earth station to
conduct in-orbit testing (“IOT”)(SES-STA-20090126-00068).1 This request, filed
electronically through the Commission’s IBFS website, identified the proper earth station
(Call Sign E080035) in the attached narrative and title, but the file number in field 3 of
the form was incorrect. The Commission, using the incorrect file number, the issued an
authorization with the incorrect call sign.

By this letter, ICO requests that the authorization specify Call Sign E080035, as
set forth in the narrative portion of the application.

Please direct any question associated with this request to the undersigned.

                                        Respectfully submitted,

                                        /s/ Suzanne Hutchings Malloy__________
                                        Suzanne Hutchings Malloy
