("SkyWave") was recently granted special temporary authority ("STA") to use the Inmarsat 2F 1 satellite at 142° W.L. for 30 days. See File No. SES—STA—20081210—01591 (filed Dec. 10, 2008). Pursuant to condition 3 of that STA, the International Bureau ("the Bureau") has requested that SkyWave provide certain technical information listed in Sections 25.114(c) and (d) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§25.114(c) and (d), for the Inmarsat 2F 1 satellite. On December 15, 2008, Vizada, Inc. ("Vizada") filed with the Bureau a Schedule S and corresponding technical information for the Inmarsat 2F1 satellite. See File No. SES—AMD—20081215— 01614 (filed Dec. 15, 2008). SkyWave hereby incorporates by reference the Schedule S and the technical information submitted by Vizada for the Inmarsat 2F1 satellite, and requests that this information be included in SkyWave‘s STA file, File No. SES—STA—20081210—01591, in satisfaction of condition 3 ofits STA. Enclosed please find an original and five copies ofthis letter and an additional copy to be date—stamped and returned with our messenger.
