Conditions (Revised October 29, 2008) SES—STA—20081015—01331 Inmarsat Hawaii Inc.‘s Special Temporary Authority is GRANTED WITH CONDITION®S from October 20, 2008 through November 19, 2008. Operations are limited to 1. Continuation of testing using the same technical parameters for which it currently is authorized under IB File Nos. SES—STA—20080311—00275 (originally granted April 4, 2008, further extension granted October 14, 2008 in IB File No. SES—STA—20081010— 01315) ("Initial STA") and SES—STA—20080915—01209 (granted September 22, 2008) ("Services Testing STA"). 2. The addition of the Inmarsat—4F3 satellite as a point of communication. Providing C—band TT&C and limited feeder link services with respect to the Inmarsat— Lo 4F3 satellite at 97.65° W.L. consistent with its pending application (IB File Nos. SES— LIC—20080306—00242 as amended by SES—AMD—20080307—00252, SES—AMD— 20080829—01131, and SES—AMD—20080916—01213). 4. Beginning October 29. 2008, Inmarsat Hawalii may alsotest the mobile terminal types specified in Exhibit A ofthis STA request.
