Panamsat shall not claim protection from any interference it may receive from the fixed service in the 3650—3700 MHz band. 2. Navy requests PanAmSat Licensee Corporation contact the Western Area Frequency Coordinator (WAFC) Mr, Andy Foltz at (760) 939—6948 prior to operations for coordination and possible scheduling for frequency use due to possible interference to their operations.
