The FCC has taken the administrative action of listing this request as granted. The request sought
continuation of operations authorized in File No. SES-STA-20060608-00950. Earth station call sign
E970322 operated during the requested period pursuant to Section 1.62 of the Commission’s rules,
subject to the conditions specified in the original authorization. Accordingly, Lockheed Martin was
authorized from July 20, 2007 and ending July 29, 2007 to access the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite at 142° W.L.
in accordance with the terms and conditions of the grant of File No. SES-STA-20060608-00950.

1. This action is without prejudice to possible enforcement action in connection with any unauthorized
operation of this station or any operation at variance from the terms and conditions specified in the grant
of File No. SES-STA-20060608-00950.

2. Operations were authorized only in the 1574.4-1576.6, 3629.4-3631.6, and 6454.4-6456.6 MHz bands.

3. Operations on the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite at 142° W.L. was on an unprotected basis. Lockheed Martin
shall not claim protection from, and is required to accept interference from, other lawfully operating
satellites or radiocommunication systems.

4. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this special temporary
authority was solely at Lockheed Martin’s own risk.

5. This action is without prejudice to action on any pending request for current operations.
