Earth station call ign E970322 operated during the requested period pursuant to Section 1.62 of he Commission‘s rles, subject to the conditions specifiein toriginal authorization. Accordinely, Lockheed Martin was authorized from February 17, 2007 and ending April18, 2007 to access the Inmarsat34 stellte at 142° W.L. in accordance with the terms and conditions ofthe grant of File No. SES—STA—20060608—00050. 1. This action is without prejudice to possible enforcement action in connection with any unsuthorized operation of this station or any operation at variance from the terms and conditions specifed in the grant of File No. SES—STA—20060608—00050. 2. Operations were authorized only i the 1574.4—1576.6, 3629.4—3631.6,and 6454.4—6456.6 MHz bands 3. Operations on the Inmarsat 3F4 stelite at 142° W.L. was on an unprotected basis, Lockheed Martin shall not claim protection from,and is required to accept interference from, other lawhully operating sitellites or radiocommunication systems. 4. Any actiontaken or expense incurred asa result of operations purstant t this special temporary authority was solelyat Lockheed Martin‘s own risk. 5.
