SES-STA-20061020-01876 (E859623), SES-STA-20061020-01878 (E000289), and SES-STA-20061020-01880 (KB27) Dear Secretary Dortch: SES Americom, Inc., hereby submits supplemental information relating to its above- referenced requests for Special Temporary Authority (STA). The STAs are necessary to perform Telemetry, Tracking and Control (TT&C) and In Orbit Testing (IOT) of the AMC-18 satellite commencing with launch of the spacecraft, scheduled for early December 2006, and continuing until the satellite reaches its final orbital position at 104.95° W.L. Specifically, SES Americom provides information below with respect to power and emission levels for the proposed earth station operations to demonstrate that the operations will be two-degree compliant and consistent with the terms of the earth station authorizations. Please find below the power, gain and emission values at which SES Americom will conduct TT&C and IOT operations on AMC-18.
