File No. SES—STA—20060307—00374 File No. SES—STA—20060307—00375 File No. SES—STA—20060307—00376 File No. SES—STA—20060307—00377 File No. SES—STA—20060307—00378 On March 13, 2006, the Satellite Division granted Mobile Satellte Ventures Subsidiary LLC‘s request to designate Stratos Communications, Inc.‘s(*Stzatos") earth station applications that seek special temporary authority to provide Mobile Satellte Services in the L—band with Inmarsat‘s 4F2 satellte,to be located at 52.75° W.L., as "permit—but— disclose" for purposes ofthe Commission‘s rules goveming ex parte communications. See Motion to Designate Proceeding as «Permit—But—Disclose,"filed by Mobile Satellte Ventures Subsidiary LLC on March 9, 2006. We find that designating these Stratos applications for special temporary authority as "permit—but—disclose"will facilitate resolution ofthe complex policy issues raised by the applications. Thus, we designate IBFS File Nos. SES—STA—20060307—00374, SES—8TA—20060307—00375, SES—STA— 20060307—00376, SES—STA—20060307—00377, and SES—STA—20060307—00378 as "permit—but—disclose," effective March 13, 2006.
