12. Description. This is an application for Special Temporary Authority ('STA') for a total period of 60 days beginning on or about March 21, 2006, to use E980047 to conduct TT&C Operations to (1) move EchoStar 10 from 138.5W to 110.2W and (2) station the satellite at that location using only its TT&C frequencies. Grant of the requested STA is in the public interest for the reasons stated in SAT-STA-20060303-____ (Submission ID IB2006000582), which is being filed contemporaneously with this application.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
