Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Call Sign E060070; File No. SES—STA—20060228—00327 — ALSAT Authority Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commussion‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, the undersigned, on behalf of The Boeing Company ("Boeing"), hereby updates the record of the above— referenced application proceeding to provide additional information. Boeing wishes to clarify that it seeks ALSAT authority for the above—referenced application. In the narrative to the application, Boeing included a request for ALSAT authority for operations in the 11.7—12.2 GHz (downlink) and 14.0—14.5 GHz (uplink) frequency bands." Although not required to do so, Boeing included a completed Form 312 as an attachment to the STA application. The attachment, however, did not reflect this request for ALSAT authority. Through this letter, Boeing clarifies that it does indeed request ALSAT authority for operations in the 11.7—12.2 GHz (downlink) and 14.0—14.5 GHz (uplink) frequency bands.
