12. Description. Boeing requests Special Temporary Authority for a period of up to 30 days to use existing earth stations in Canoga Park, California and Littleton, Colorado to support the launch of the Spaceway F1 satellite. A further description is attached along with FCC Form 312s and radiation hazard studies for each of the earth stations.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
