12. Description.
WUFM 88.7 and its video related uplink are moving video facilities 4/5/2005 and will not have signal access afterwards. The underlying application to FCC has been indirectly delayed due to delays related to FCC software problems over the past several weeks (contact Jerry Ma-FCC). TVU, a non-commercial educational video service of Radio U, WUFM 88.7, will conduct its video fund raiser coincidentally with this move. This broadcaster provides over the air and on-site programs for local schools and community centers presenting anti-drug and service awareness programs in conjuction with youth centered events. This is a semi-annual fundraiser. There is also an existing license E010175 which will be surrendered after the move. A frequency coordination has been successfully conducted and included in the underlying application.
