Applicant hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) in order to provide important weather information to KMGH(TV) viewers during the severe Denver, Colorado winter. A denial of this STA application will result in a delay in commencing this important programming and information, which would disserve the public interest. Accordingly, Applicant requests expedited review of this STA application so that it may begin providing this important information to Denver viewers as soon as possible.
