Mr. Gonsalves,

I’m not sure how you want me to respond, but it looks like this is what has happened. I assume that the original
application (in 1992?) for this station was most likely filed with coordinates that were in the NAD of 1927. However,
somehow IBFS has relabeled the same coordinates as NAD83, when in actuality there would be about a 3-second
difference in longitude (about 280 feet here). Also, when the site was registered, the tools that we have now were not
available for accuracy, so they may have been a little off initially.

The true site coordinates are 34-03-10.8N 118-09-12.6W (NAD83).

Thank you,

Hello Mr. Alexis, this is Clifford Gonsalves from FCC International Bureau. I am reviewing your application but in need of
your help to move forward with the application.

Issue: I am having a problem with locating the “existing site antenna” with the coordinates, Lat: 34-03-11.0 N, Long: 118-
09-3 W, which is in your application.
Please understand that I have plotted the site coordinates in google pro and there is no antennae at this location. Could
you please help me with finding your antenna location? Once you have identified the existing antenna location, please
submit the information as per the instructions below:

Please submit the data in the form of letter of pleading through the FCC IBFS portal and here is the link for your
