Petition for Waiver of Section 25.131(h) for TVRO Station KQ41 This application respectfully requests a waiver of Section 25.131(h) so that the renewal for Domestic Satellite Fixed Receive-Only (TVRO) Earth Station KQ41, set to expire, April 30,2017, can be processed even though the registrant did not file its Form 312R renewal application at least 30 days prior to expiration. The registrant and its legal counsel are currently establishing revamped record-keeping systems that will prevent any future inadvertent oversights of the registration renewal requirements set forth in Section 25.131(h). The earth station is used in connection with providing service to Cable One subscribers in and around Roswell, New Mexico. Because continued use of the registered TVRO earth station will serve the public interest and the registrant has taken prompt action as soon as soon as it discovered that the 30-day prior to expiration filing deadline had been overlooked, the applicant hereby petitions the FCC to renew the registration authorization nunc pro tunc.
