Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 Item 9 (Environmental Impact): The earth station is installed at the Applicant's facility in Hawley, Pennsylvania, and no environmental changes have been made at the facility since the re-location of the earth station to the Hawley facility and the granting of the earth stations’ license modification. Therefore, the earth station does not have a significant environmental impact. Finally, the facility is surrounded by a fence, which will restrict public access to the earth station.
