The Applicant understands that the license terms for E000061 will expire on June 1, 2010. The delay in application for renewal of this Call Sign and missing the timely renewal deadline specified in Section 25.121(e), resulted from the Assignment of this earth station license on March 17, 2010 from SES Americom to the current Licensee Denali 20020, LLC. This forth coming expiration was just identified and the Applicant has immediately filed for renewal and requests a petition to reinstate Call Sign E000061 with this filing.
