I am attempting to correct the description of an antenna site location listed on a satellite earth station registration. This is merely to conform the description of the location's street address to the geographic coordinates (no information or technical parameters will be changed, only the description of the site's address). Just as an FYI, I am trying to have Rainbow Network Communications' call sign E000228 list for its "A) Site Location address": 620 Hicksville Road, Bethpage, Nassau, NY, 11714. I believe that initiating a modification application for the call sign requires the input of all technical information for the call sign, rather than just the item(s) being amended (or else one cannot proceed with the application without error messages). Is there any other way for me to notify the Commission of the re-named site location without implicating the technical data (and thus risk making an error that could alter license's technical specs)?
