Access to Eutelsat 65 West A (“E65WA”) @ 65.0 W.L. (Brazil Licensed) is requested to upload programming from the Denali 20020, LLC earth station licensed under Call Sign WB81. Eutelsat operates the E65WA satellite at the nominal 65°W.L. location. The satellite is capable of providing a wide range of FSS services using the C-, Ku- and Ka-bands. For purposes of this modification application, U.S. market access is being sought only for the Appendix 30B C-band uplink frequencies. The E65WA satellite network operates under the following two ITU Appendix 30B filings: B-SAT-3R – AP30B/A6A/254 published in IFIC 2744. B-SAT-3R-1 – AP30B/A6A/333 published in IFIC 2774 Transmissions between the Denali 20020, LLC, Vernon, New Jersey earth station, Call Sign WB81, and the E65WA satellite, at the 65° W.L. orbital location, will be limited to the provision of gateway services in the 6725 – 6875 MHz band (Earth-to-space) frequency band to support international services. Operations between the Vernon, New Jersey earth station (Call Sign WB81) and the E65WA space station shall comply with all coordination agreements reached between Brazil and other Administrations. Previous FCC Authorization to access E65WA was authorized under Earth Station License: E160081 (SES-MOD-20180212-00109). Denali 20020, LLC proposes to operate under similar provisions.
