Attachment A Planet Labs Inc. Earth Station Application October 2016 Page 1 of 1 Description of Request With this application, Planet Labs Inc. (“Planet”) requests modification of its earth station located in Hawaii (Call Sign E150005) to increase the number of antennas authorized under the license from one to two, and to relocate the site to the following address: Paumalu Teleport Facility Comsat Rd, Haleiwa, HI 96712 The requested additional antenna is the same model as the existing antenna and will be co- located at the new location. Accordingly, the information included in the attached Schedule B is identical to the technical and operational information reflected in the current authorization – with the sole exception of the increase in the quantity of antennas from one to two, and the updated physical location of the antennas. As there is no other change to the authorization requested herein, the radiation hazard analysis already on file for Call Sign E150005 is not reproduced.
