 Dear Ms. Dortch:

         This letter relates to the modified Earth Station license, call sign E920223, licensed to New
 Orleans Hearst Television Inc. ("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant dated July 25, 2016,
 in File No. SES—MOD—20160615—00514. The modified facility was completed and operation of
 the modified facility commenced as of July 6, 2016, pursuant to the provisionally—granted rule in
 Section 25.151(e) of the Commission‘s Rules. (The license application was placed on Public
 Notice on June 22, 2016, in Report No. SES—01861.)

         Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Hearst has authorized the undersigned to
 represent that Hearst‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the licensed
 parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is
 submitted for cancellation, and the antenna has been tested and represented by the manufacturer
 to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.
