("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant dated December 9, 2015, in File No. SES—MOD—20151023—00774, was completed and operation ofthe facility commenced as of December 17, 2015. Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Hearst has authorized the undersigned to represent that Hearst‘s operation ofthe earth station will be in conformance with the licensed parameters, the earthstation will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation, and the antenna has been tested and represented by the manufacturer to be within 2 dB ofthe pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.
