The purpose of this application is to amend the responses to (1) Item 35; (2) Item 40; (3) Items E48 and E60 with respect to the frequencies 13750.0 MHz to 14500.0 MHz; and (4) Item 49 with respect to the emissions designator 10M0G7D to be used for frequencies 13750.0 MHz to 14500.0 MHz. The amendment also clarifies that the earth station will use the C1 and 10
