Earth Station Modification File No. SES-MOD-20150127-00042, Call Sign E080168 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to conversations with Paul Blais of the International Bureau, Sirius XM Radio Inc. (“Sirius XM”), by its attorney, hereby updates the above-referenced application for modification of the E080168 earth station (the “E080168 Modification”). Specifically, Sirius XM notes that the Commission has added an option for points of communication under the Form 312 Schedule B that refers collectively to the satellites in the U.S.-licensed Digital Audio Radio Service (“DARS”) fleets licensed to Sirius XM or its affiliates. Sirius XM requests that the Commission add this designation, which appears in the Schedule B drop-down menu as “SIRIUS FM & XM SATS,” as a point of communication for the E080168 Modification.
