Exhibit A This application seeks approval for the relocation of earth station E980200 from Intelsat’s Clarksburg facility to Intelsat’s Hagerstown facility. The antenna has been upgraded to include a larger HPA and the input power increase, together with some additional emission types, is detailed in the application. The earth station will continue to support satellites on the Permitted List for TT&C and monitoring applications and also be used as necessary for operational and engineering support with satellites on the Permitted List within the constraints of the emissions described in this application.
