("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant dated October 31, 2012, in File No. SES—MOD—20120910—00805, was completed and operation of the modified facility commenced as of October 20, 2012, pursuant to the provisionally—granted rule in Section 25.151(e) of the Commission‘s Rules. Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, Hearst has authorized the undersigned to represent that Hearst‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the licensed parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation, and the antenna has been tested and certified by the manufacturer to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.
