Attachment A Description of Application (Response to Question 43) STM Networks Inc. (“STM”) hereby requests authority to modify its VSAT blanket earth station license, E070026, as described herein. STM requests authority for the following modifications: 1. Modification to Site Location Jacksonville2 (Site ID No. 3 on license) • Add one (1) additional 13975-14000 MHz with Emission 5M34G7W transmit frequency to Hub 4, one (1) additional 14000-14500 MHz with Emission 5M34G7W transmit frequency to Hub 4 and one (1) additional 11700-12200 MHz with Emission 5M34G7W receive frequency to Hub 4; no change to existing licensed Hub 4 frequencies (Particulars of Operations No. 13-16 on license) • No change to Jacksonville2 site information (Site Location No. 3 on license) • No change to ALSAT Point of Communication (Point of Communication Nos. 7- 8 on license) • No change to Jacksonville2, Hub 4 antenna information (Antenna Facilities No. 1 on license) • No change to Hub 4 existing frequency coordination (Frequency Coordination Nos. 5-6 on license) No other changes to the license are requested. 5165187
