Exhibit 6 – Frequency Coordination Not Required It is noted that the Commission’s Rules for Earth Stations on Board Vessels (ESV) do not require frequency coordination for Ku-band ESVs. Therefore, no data is being entered in the Frequency Coordination section (E51 through E60) of the Form 312 – Schedule B.
