DUPLICATE CERTIFICATION In accordance with Section 25.133(b) of the Commission‘s Rules, the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University, licensee of Transmit/Receive Earth Station E920218, hereby submits this certification. The file number of the application is File No. SES—MOD—20101129—01476, and the date of the modification grant is January 10, 2011. The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University hereby certifies that construction of Transmit/Receive Earth Station E920218 has been completed as authorized and that the antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the Commission‘s Rules. The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University also certifies that the station is operational and that the modified station commenced service on December 7, 2010 pursuant to Special Temporary Authority. The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University also certifies that Transmit/Receive Earth Station E920218 will remain operational during the license period expiring June 10, 2018, unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
