Consulting Engineers TECHNICAL STATEMENT PREPARED FOR ORAL ROBERTS UNIVERSITY EARTH STATION E2454 TULSA, OKLAHOMA The instant application was prepared on behalf of Oral Roberts University (‘ORU’) to correct the coordinates of the E2454 Earth Station; and to delete Antenna 1A from the E2454 license. It has come to the attention of ORU that the coordinates listed on its E2454 Earth Station License are incorrect. In particular, the Latitude minutes is listed as 5’, when it should be 2’. A review of the FCC records indicates that error was from a typo in the modification application with FCC File No. SES-MOD-20040802-01085. A review of all of the submissions with that application, the prior application for E2454, indicates that the frequency coordination was correct and lists the correct coordinates. Therefore, the purpose of this application is primarily to correct the typographic error steming from that 2004 application. ORU is also taking this opportunity to delete Antenna 1A from the E2454 license. This antenna is a Harris Corporation model 5260 11.0-meter dish. This antenna has been dismantled and removed from the site. Since there are no changes to the frequency coordination and radiation hazard studies for E2454, these submissions from the prior modifications are submitted herewith.
