This notice is filed out of an abundance of caution as the Commission issued a license correcting certain technical parameters on the license at VSAT‘s request. Except for the antennas for which the license specifically identifies do not comply with Section 25.209, each antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the FCC‘s rules. The station commenced service by the construction deadline and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
