(“Inmarsat Hawaii”) hereby excludes the 1544-1545 MHz and 1645.5-1646.5 MHz bands from its responses to Questions E43/44 and E52/53, respectively. These bands are reserved for safety and distress communications services, which Inmarsat Hawaii does not propose to provide over the terminal types specified in this application.
