                                             Vizada, Inc.


                        Application for Modification of License to
    Add up to 500 Sea Tel 1.2 Meter Ku-band, Model 5009 Remote ESV Antennas to its
          Authorization to Provide ESV Service via its Santa Paula, CA Teleport

                                         Call Sign E890649

         Applicant Vizada, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is an indirect wholly-owned
subsidiary of MobSat Holding Norway AS1 (“MobSat AS”). MobSat AS is an indirect
wholly owned subsidiary of MobSat Group Holding Sàrl ("MobSat Group Holding"), a
Luxembourg company. The significant shareholders of MobSat Group Holding are Apax
France VI FCPR ("Apax France") (54.4% total interest), Altamir Amboise SCA
("Altamir Amboise") (21.1% total interest), and Apax Parallel Investment V ("API V")
(15.4% interest). Apax France is a fonds commun de placement à risques (an investment
fund) organized under French law. Altamir Amboise is organized in France as a société
en commandite par action, which is equivalent to a limited partnership in the United
States. API V is a Delaware limited partnership in which an interest of greater than 99%
is held by Summer Street Satellite Holding Company, Ltd. ("Summer Street"), a Cayman
Islands company. Summer Street is wholly owned by GEAM International Private
Equity Fund, L.P., a private equity fund organized in Delaware that is sponsored by GE
Asset Management, Inc. MobSat Group Holding’s interest in MobSat AS is held through
two intermediate wholly-owned subsidiaries, Mobsat Holding 2 BV and Mobsat Holding
1 BV, both of which are organized in the Netherlands. MobSat AS’s interest in Vizada,
Inc. is currently held through an intermediate wholly-owned subsidiary Mobsat Holding
US Corp., a Delaware corporation.2

  An application has been submitted to the Commission for consent to a pro forma transfer of control to
occur through a minor restructuring of Vizada’s ownership chain. If approved by the Commission Mobsat
AS will transfer ownership of Mobsat Holding US Corp., to Vizada AS, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary
of MobSat AS, thereby inserting Vizada AS into Vizada’s ownership chain.
