The referenced modification application was granted on April 28, 2009, but actual Ku—band operations began — in advance of the permanent modification pursuant to Special Temporary Authority, granted March 23, 2009 (FCC File No. SES—STA—20090318—00347). This letter certifies that the facility has been completed as authorized and that the antenna has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in §25.209 of the FCC‘s Rules. See 47 C.FR. § 25.209. The Earth station will remain operational during the license period ending June 6, 2024, unless submitted for cancellation. Respectfully submitted, .
