Licensee commenced operation of this facility on or about June of 2007. Licensee certifies that the antenna facility associated with this station hub has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 and that the station is operational and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
