It says EDEN PRAIRIE, HENNEPIN, WI 55344 (emphasis supplied). The licensee actually is located in Eden Prairie, Hennepin, MN 55344, as opposed to Wisconsin. I m afraid this is a result of my typographical error in the modification application, File No. SES-MOD-INTR2006-00602. Is there a simple way to get this corrected, or should I file for a modification of the license?
