SES—MOD—20050819—01 117 Call Sign: E030120 License Grant Date: 10/07/2005 Date of Commencement of Service: 01/30/2006 Dear Ms. Dortch: Amtech Systems LLC ("Amtech") hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission that Amtech has completed construction of, and commenced service using, the MT—3000 series of Mobile Earth Terminals ("METs") in the 1.5/1.6 GHz Mobile Satellite Service (MSS). Amtech‘s MT—3000 series METS operate undercall sign EO30120, with the antenna ID "A4", as authorized by the Commission‘s October 7, 2005 license grant.‘ The MT—3000 series METs as authorized have been completed and tested and comply with 47 C.F.R. § 25.136, except to the extent that Amtech has been granted a waiver of the preemption and real—time access requirements of Footnote US315 for the termof its license. The MT—3000 series METS will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
