The Commission granted the above-referenced license modification application on May 23,2005. Jefferson-Pilot also certifies that the facility has been constructed as authorized, including the gain patterns specified in specified in Section 25.209 of the Commission's rules, and each anteIll1a facility has been tested. The facility will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted to the Commission for cancellation.
