        The Boeing Company ("Bocing"),atthe request of the Commission staand pursuant to Section
1.65 ofthe Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby submits the attached information for association with the
above—referenced application. Specifically, Bocing is submitting a confirmation letter from the operator
of the Yamal satellite that Bocing‘s proposed operations are within the coordinated parameters of the
satelite.

     Pursuant to your request, Intersputnik International Organization of Space
     Communications (Iersputnik) hereby confirms that the proposed Ku—band
     Aeronautical Mobile—Satelite Serice CAMSS‘) operatons of The Bosing
     Company, acting through its business unit Connexion by Boeing, with the Yamal—
     200 sateilte at 90° East , which are governed by the Allotment Agreement CX—
     ©1—870—058 / /P—2003—18 dated 1 December 2003 and amended 11 March 2004,
     are within the oporational parameters of the satelite coordinated by JSC Gazcom
     with neighboring satellte networks in accordance with the ITU Radlo
     Regulations.
