Stratos Communications, Inc. seeks a minor modification to add the EMS CYCLONE GAN terminal ('CYCLONE')to its existing authorization (Call Sign E000180). In addition by this minor modification application, Stratos is correcting several of the technical specifications currently listed in its authorization for the NERA and STORM terminals.Dscrp_Mod
