Lott Dear Ms. Lott: I am forwarding to you this letter on behalf of our client Skyview Satellite Networks. In October of 2003 they filed to modify their license (Call Sign: E990348) to add a C-band transmit/receive earth station (File #: SES-MOD- 20031023-01462). The license was granted on March 3, 2004. When I reviewed the license, it appears that on Page 1, of Section B (Particulars of Operations), the EIRP Density for a 115 kHz emission was incorrect. The emission (115KG7W) was filed for an EIRP Density of 33.8 dBW/4 kHz and the license omitted a 3. The license has the EIRP density as 3.80 rather than 33.80. There is another 115 kHz emission for frequencies 6321.5 - 6425.0 MHz, which is correct. However, for frequencies 5925.0 - 6310.0 MHz, the EIRP density was listed as 3.80 rather than 33.80 dBW/4 kHz, as filed. Our client is requesting that the EIRP Density for the 115KG7W emission, transmitting on frequencies 5925.0 – 6310.0 MHz be corrected from 3.80 to 33.80 dBW/4 kHz.
