The licenses are currently in the name of Koch Industries, Inc. (FRN No. 0002337574). The correct name of the licensee for both authorizations should be Koch Pipeline Company LP (FRN No. 00 10810240). This name change is not a result of a corporate ownership change. Please update the Commission's records and the IBFS database to reflect Koch Pipeline Company LP as the licensee for E900554 and E900556.
