Earth Station application (File No. SES—MOD—20000420—00658, call sign E990402), NTIA approves under the condition that: The user must provide the Naval Electromagnetic Spectrum Center (703—325—2750) a 24hr phone number (631—457—1238) which would be contacted when national defense and US naval operation requirements necessitate immediate cessation of operations. The applicant is aware that they would be required totemporarily cease satellite operations on these frequencies until notified otherwise. This condition must appear on the FCC license
