Re: Expanding Flexible Use ofthe 3.7 to 4.2 GHz Band, GN Docket No. 18—122,
                  Certification of ITC Global, Inc.

Dear Ms. Dortch:

In a July 2018 Order, the Commission directed operators of FSS earth stations, including
temporary fixed or transportable earth stations, in the 3.7—4.2 GHz band that are licensed or
registered (authorized) in IBFS to certify the accuracy of all information reflected on their
license or registration in IBFS, except for new or modified licenses or registrations filed by the
operator during the window the Commission established for such filings between April 19, 2018
and October 31, 2018.‘ The required certifications must be filed with the Commission through
IBFS no later than May 28, 2019

ITC Global, Inc. ("ITC Global," FCC Registration No. 0020923488), holds the following
license that is subject to the Commission‘s certification requirement:"

Notice, "International Bureau Announces Two—Week Extension of Filing Window for Earth Stations
Currently Operating in 3.7—4.2 GHz Band," GN Docket No. 18—122, DA 18—1061, 33 FCC Red 10054
(Int. Bur. 2018) (extending filing window).

4.2 GHz Band," GN Docket No. 18—122, DA 19—278 (Int. Bur., rel. Apr. 11, 2019) ("Certification
     Public Notice").
3 ITC Global also holds an additional C—band earth station license (EO70239) authorizing ESV
operations. That license is the subject of a pending application to modify the C—band parameters of the
license (SES—MFS—20180829—02321, filed August 29, 2018) and is therefore exempt from certification
under the Certification Order and the Certification Public Notice.
